My name is Suzanne Johnson and I offer hypnotherapy in Amber Health’s Baldock clinic . If you are reading my page you may have been considering getting help for a little while. Maybe a friend recommended you look into Hypnotherapy. Whatever the reason, you have made an important first step to moving away from what is on your mind and troubling you.
I can help you to relax and unwind through Hypnotherapy, placing you in a deep state of relaxation but without ever losing control. There are many common goals that people come to me to help achieve, including:
And there are fears and nerves that you may want to overcome:
These are all things I can address with you.
I am a qualified Hypnotherapist with many years of experience, working with people of all ages and walks of life. I hope that something on this page makes you take the next step on your journey and that you call to meet with me to start your healing from within.
Reception will give you my number and we can have an initial chat about what you are hoping and looking for. You can then decide whether I sound like somebody who can assist you and that you would be happy to talk to. I hope to talk to you soon.
Why did you become a Hypnotherapist?
Hypnotherapy helped me through a stressful time in my own life and I could see its value in helping other people. Having previously worked in Financial Services I was looking for something that felt more meaningful so retraining as a Therapist was an easy decision for me.
What makes your job worthwhile?
I find it incredibly worthwhile seeing positive change in my clients and helping them to tap into the immense strength and power they have within them.
What is unique about how you work?
My calm and gentle holistic approach makes changes as easy as possible for those ready to make them. It isn’t just about looking at symptoms, but working with the whole person.
Who has influenced you most in your career as a hypnotherapist?
My own hypnotherapist who helped me when I needed it. We are still in contact and she continues to guide and inspire me.
What’s the piece of advice do you give to your patients/clients most often?
Drink more water! Be kind to yourself!
What do you enjoy doing when you are not at work?
I enjoy spending time with my teenage son, walking, cycling, reading and listening to music. I’m also learning to play the guitar so I spend a lot of time practising currently and I am loving it.
